It’s official Now. You can play Angry birds online through Chrome browser. Rovio has finally released its long awaiting online version of Angry birds. Rovio, the company behind the most popular Angry Birds game, has teamed up with Google and released its beta version on Chrome’s app store. You can download this new browser based game on you computer and play it through Chrome browser. You can play Angry birds game even if you are off-line. There is a special ‘Chrome Level’ that you can only play if you are using ‘chrome browser’. [Update - Learn how to unlock all levels of angry birds]
Angry birds Chrome version is only in beta at the moment and you can play it either SD format or HD. So far there are 63 levels of the original game available, with an additional 7 special Chrome levels. Rovio is planning to bring more levels to chrome and even releasing Mighty Eagle as an in-app purchase. You can download Angry birds web version from Chrome’s web store
Though officially game is released exclusively for Chrome, you can still play it on other web browsers like Firefox and Internet Explorer. We tested it on Firefox 4 and IE 9 and it worked without any patch. You can directly access the game [don't need to download from chrome app] at this website www.chrome.angrybirds.com
Play Offline
If you want to play Angry birds offline, just head over to chrome store and dowload it from game apps. Once dowloaded, then you can play it anytime [even if you don't have internet connection] through Chrome browser.

You can play it online [though you need internet connection] through any browser. Just head over to http://chrome.angrybirds.com website and just enjoy the game
Tips on Playing Angry Birds on Browser
1. To zoom in or zoom out use scroll buttons. [scroll up will zoom in while scroll down will zoom out]
2. To give power to birds [eg. to split blue birds] tap on the screen with let click.
3. To reload the game, click ‘R’ key
